DJ MS.E
Breaking in the new year down under with radio appearances in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane - I was inspired by the demand to hear what's coming out from the West Coast. I was stoked to share a fusion of styles from Cali producers like Abstract, ETI, PJ Stroller, Bassnectar, Culture Killer, 2 Block Radius, Deep Alpha and Polar, alongside my fave UK artists like BLIM, Lee Coombs, Stanton Warriors, Bushwacka and Elite Force. San Francisco heads can catch me on Friday March 12 at Space 550 in the room hosted by http://breakthrusf.net and of course Future Breaks FM on KUSF that Saturday, Los Angeles heads can catch me later that night on Saturday March 13 at the "Muses" showcase hosted by http://createfixate.com As the month of March rolls out, an XM Satellite Radio featured DJ mix and many more surprises are in store...

Here's an extra, some funny press blips on the radar:

BEATSYNC | http://www.beatsync.com
When moving images are synchronized with sounds that capture the essence of the moment, it is priceless. My new #1 biz Beatsync is bringing world-class electronic music to quality media production that we know is in demand. I'm here in LA digging into this world, and it's a deep one. Music supervision, licensing, clearance, identity and more, we've got it covered. This spring will see the launch of our new website, additions to our growing catalogue of independent tracks and composers, and the first edition of our CD compilation for production peeps "Sound To Mood" - with the first volume exploring the sound of Desire.

ELECTRIC W.O.M.B.
When the ladies represent, we really represent! The San Francisco chapter of Electric W.O.M.B. - our non-profit for women of the music & media business - is going strong. In a recent contest we held for women DJs with SISTER USA, hundreds of entries were collected and one lucky gal - Eve Falcon from LA - won a Vestax mixer and turntable. Kicking off '04 with a professionals forum for women in the fashion industry, this completely volunteer-run organization is planning to expand our online presence, curate more events, and generate fundraising to support more creative productions by women. With Independent Arts & Media as an integral partner, tax-deductible donations to us can now be made through our site.

FUTURE BREAKS FM | http://www.futurebreaks.fm
San Francisco's premier transmission of breakbeat/drum & bass culture is moving right along. Archives of the shows have been hosted on FLUX.FM and we'll give you word of when you can dig back into them as well. Oh the blessing of good beats on the radio! You know you dig it...Tune in! And turn up the bass. Bay Area >> Saturdays @ 4PM, KUSF 90.3FM. Worldwide >> iTunes Public Radio or Live365.

M3 SUMMIT | http://www.m3summit.com
March always means heading to South Beach Miami - but after 5 years of merging the WMC thing with my birthday, I was considering taking a break from the madness until I heard about M3 = Miami + Music + Multimedia, a proper effort to bring business back to the beach by the folks who've done the Miami Master List and the constantly delightful Flavorpill transmissions. If you are going to be down there, catch me on-site at Hotel Nash (11th & Collins) helping to produce the Sunset Sessions and general conference activities. It's my one chance a year to see my West Coast, East Coast & UK music friends all in one spot, so really, how could I miss it? Yay.
