United Divas is pleased to announce SPROUT!
This fundraiser will be the second of three multi-media
events in this summer’s Garden Series. Dig,
Sprout, & Blossom will not only feature artists
from our organization, but several other talented individuals
and groups as well... The ground-breaking first event, Dig,
established our roots, bringing in the necessary nutrients
for us to Sprout. As we tend to our new
growth, we hope to Blossom into an official non-profit organization,
helping multi-disciplined women artists to develop and thrive.
The
second event, Sprout, curated by Sara
Cembalisty, will feature a silent
art auction with art, jewelry, and fashions
from artists Reneé
A. Fox, Holly Williams, Trang Chau, Susan Joseph, Moira
Hahn, Trace Palmer, Geem Junga, and Miss Morgan Productions.
The art auction will be open for a previewing on
Saturday June 12th from 12-4PM.

The Auction will close at 11 PM. Auction sign up will be
located at the United Divas booth.
Sprout
will also feature a special music, dance, and fashion performance
by Christen
McArdle and Louis
L'amour, Miss Morgan Productions,
DanceEscapeCompany, and Geem Gunga.

Part
of the fundraiser will include a United Divas booth where the Divas
will be selling t-shirts. They will also be available to answer
any questions about the organization. All proceeds from the event
will go towards continued promotion and expansion of United Divas
as they tend their way to become an non-profit organization.
United Divas’ goal for 2004 is to file all of the necessary
paperwork for 501C3 Non-Profit status so we can operate as a non-profit
organization. This will allow United Divas to formalize our goals
to empower women with a greater ability to seek out funding such
as grants and donations. United Divas hosts a variety of events
throughout the year as well as maintaining an online gallery to
continue to gain exposure for our artists and their work.
